The closures will affect both the Saw Mill River Parkway and Route 119 in Elmsford beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 27, and lasting through Friday, Sept. 29, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.
The closures will include:
- The southbound Saw Mill River Parkway between Exit 23 (Old Saw Mill River Road) and Exit 22 (Interstate 287), which will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night;
- State Route 119 between Vreeland Avenue and Undercliff Avenue, which will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night.
Motorists are asked to expect delays and follow posted detours.
The closures are meant to allow for bridge rehabilitation work, weather permitting.
